The event guide
Trade show merch.
Give them a reason to stop.
Turn a booth visit into a custom apparel experience, with an approved design menu and a production plan built around your show.

Connect the merchandise to the booth objective
A live merch station should support the reason you are exhibiting. It might introduce a product story, reward participation or give attendees a personal reminder of the brand. Define the offer clearly before deciding how many design choices to display. Your team should be able to explain what a guest receives and what happens next in one short interaction.
If your campaign includes lead capture or eligibility rules, the organizer should define that process and its privacy requirements. Keep the sales conversation and any registration step organized so they do not interrupt the operator’s production workspace.
Design a booth people can navigate
Allow separate space for choosing, producing and collecting merchandise. Put samples and readable artwork options where attendees can decide before reaching the counter. The queue must remain within the organizer’s approved footprint, with access to neighboring booths and aisles preserved.
Send the exhibitor manual, booth dimensions, power arrangements and loading schedule early. A floor plan that looks spacious without equipment may become tight once apparel stock, crew and guests are included.
Select the production method around the artwork
Live screen printing makes the press action part of the attraction. Live DTF is useful for a defined full-color artwork menu. A patch bar gives attendees a choice of elements, while embroidery and engraving need a pickup process suited to the approved design and product.
Think about peak demand between sessions and during breaks. Expected total attendance is useful, but the schedule of likely rushes is just as important for scoping a practical experience.
Finish the show plan before event day
Confirm who approves the artwork, how inventory will be allocated across show days and where remaining products will go afterward. Include setup and teardown access in addition to public operating hours. For traveling attendees, choose products and packaging that are easy to carry home.
Merch Troop supports Southern California and nationwide event projects, including Las Vegas. Send the show, venue, dates, guest estimate and creative direction for a scoped activation quote.
Good questions.
Can live printing fit in our booth?
Send the dimensions and exhibit plan. The approved footprint must accommodate equipment, inventory, crew and guest circulation.
Can you run across multiple show days?
Share the full schedule so staffing, stock allocation and overnight equipment arrangements can be scoped.
