Connect the hotel event to its own logistics
An off-site reception should have its own access and setup plan even when it is connected to a larger convention. Hotel loading areas, event room access and available power can differ from the exhibit hall. Tell us whether equipment must move between locations or remain in one place.
If guests are flying home, consider a packable shirt, tote or suitable gift instead of choosing merchandise only for its appearance on a display.
What to send for an Anaheim quote
Include the date, venue, live hours, expected audience, desired quantity and artwork direction. Note whether apparel is included in your brief and who is coordinating the venue. Live event activations start at $4,000, with the final scope based on the actual production and staffing plan.
