The service guide
Live screen printing.
The press is the attraction.
Give guests a front-row view of their merch being made. A working print station turns a shirt into part of the event.

A visible process with a clear guest choice
Live screen printing works well when a defined set of designs can anchor the experience. Guests choose from an approved menu, watch the print happen and receive an item connected to the event. The artwork, apparel and station layout should make those choices easy to understand before a guest reaches the press.
Merch Troop brings the production equipment and crew for the agreed activation. Our live event work includes the Hyundai Air & Sea Show in Miami, where printing was part of a branded outdoor experience. See the case study for that project rather than assuming every event uses the same setup.
Design for the station, not just the mockup
A controlled artwork menu gives the crew a clear production workflow. The number of designs, ink colors, garment options and print locations affects setup and the steps each item needs. If your concept calls for many full-color designs or individual names, compare live DTF or jersey personalization before locking the method.
Think about how a guest will see the options at a distance. Approved samples, readable signage and an obvious starting point help explain the experience without requiring the operator to stop for every question.
Give production its own footprint
The press, garment inventory and guest queue all need space. Share your floor plan, available power, load-in window and event hours so the proposed station can be reviewed with the organizer. Keep the production area separate from guest circulation and allow a clear handoff position for completed items.
Outdoor printing also needs an agreed plan for weather, shade and the surface beneath the equipment. Venue permissions and any production requirements should be settled before event day, not when the crew reaches the loading area.
Scope the activation around real attendance
Tell us the expected audience and when they are likely to arrive. A short rush after a presentation is different from steady traffic throughout a day. We use the design menu, event schedule and production method to discuss a workable experience; do not size a station only from total registration.
Live event activations start at $4,000. Your scope depends on the products, crew, production requirements, schedule and location. Send the venue, date, hours and creative direction for a project-specific quote.
Good questions.
Does every guest need the same design?
You can plan an approved selection. The number of options affects production, so we will scope the menu with the event workflow.
Can you print outdoors?
Outdoor activations are possible when the location, weather protection, power and working area are appropriate and approved.
What if my artwork has lots of colors?
Share the actual file. Live DTF may be a useful alternative for detailed full-color artwork.
Got the idea?
Bring in the troop.
Tell us what you are making, when you need it and where it is happening. We will help shape the right production plan.
