230 Jerseys Personalized Live in a 4-Hour Event Window

Guests at United Theater on Broadway brought their own jerseys and needed names heat-pressed before the night was over. With the live personalization window set from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on June 11, there was no room for a rocky start — all 230 had to move through efficiently inside that four-hour block.

A four-person crew arrived at the venue the evening before to pre-stage the setup and lock in the workflow. By the time guests started arriving, the heat press station was ready to go. Each jersey got a premade DTF name transfer applied and cured — one by one, start to finish, without slowing the line.

The advance load-in paid off. All 230 jerseys cleared the press within the four-hour window, and the station never became a bottleneck in the middle of a live event.
