500 Totes, 4 Colors, 2 Days in Las Vegas

When a Las Vegas activation needed 500 custom totes produced live and handed directly to guests, Merch Troop set up two simultaneous DTF stations right on the event floor. Guests picked from four colorways — black, beige, royal blue, or rose pink — on 10 oz. heavyweight cotton canvas totes, then watched a 9" × 5" transfer get applied on the spot.

The dual-station layout meant a two-person crew could handle both sessions without a bottleneck: a 90-minute evening run on June 8 followed by a nine-plus-hour push on June 9. Every one of the 500 totes moved through live production across those two days.

Offering real choice — four distinct colorways — while keeping the line moving is where live activation setups can break down. The two-station format is what held throughput steady from the first transfer to the last.
