When the Los Angeles Rush hosted a fan activation at The Autry Museum at Griffith Park, the ask was straightforward but demanding: 100 custom dog jerseys, fully personalized, pressed and handed back within a three-hour window. No pre-production. No batch fulfillment. Pure live, on-demand execution from open to close.

Each jersey carried two print locations. The front featured a FIFA crest β€” roughly 4" x 4" β€” chosen from four distinct design options right at the point of customization. The back got a name, number, and event date laid down in a single press pass. Two heat press machines ran in parallel across the 4–7 p.m. window, keeping the line moving without a bottleneck.
