DTF Event Merch at Palmdale Beer & Wine Fest

The Palmdale Beer and Wine Festival wanted more than printed shirts — they needed a full retail operation on-site, staffed and ready to move product through a five-hour evening. Merch Troop stepped in on an upfront guarantee, handling everything from decoration to floor sales.

The assortment came in at 250 pieces across four styles: men's tees and hoodies, women's V-necks, and crewneck sweatshirts. Each piece was decorated via DTF heat press — a compact front logo paired with a bold back graphic. Size and style quantities were finalized once artwork cleared approval, keeping production tight and inventory intentional.

A two-person crew ran the full retail floor at the Palmdale Amphitheater from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The upfront guarantee meant the festival locked in a merchandise baseline before doors opened — no guesswork, no scrambling.
