The service guide
Custom screen printing.
Built to be worn.
Team shirts, retail collections and everyday brand staples. Start with a garment people want to wear, then build the print around it.

The right fit for a repeatable design
Screen printing is a strong starting point when the same artwork will repeat across an apparel run. Company tees, event shirts, staff uniforms and brand collections all benefit from a deliberate combination of fabric, ink colors and placement. A large front graphic and a small sleeve mark are separate decoration decisions; include every location when asking for a quote.
Merch Troop produces custom apparel from Fullerton, California, for Southern California businesses and projects beyond the region. We can help compare garment options and decoration methods before you commit to an order.
Choose the shirt before finalizing the print
A heavyweight cotton tee creates a different result from a lightweight performance shirt. Fabric composition, garment color, seams and the size of the printable area affect what is practical. Share the actual garment style if you already have one in mind, or tell us the fit, feel and intended use you want.
For a collection with multiple shirt colors, review contrast on each color. A design that reads clearly on white may need an adjusted ink treatment on black. Approve artwork at the intended print size rather than judging it only from a zoomed-in screen.
Screen printing or DTF?
Use screen printing as a starting point for consistent repeat artwork. Consider DTF when full-color detail or a varied design mix is central to the project. Neither method is automatically the best choice for every order: quantity, fabric, artwork and finish all matter.
If you need finished shirts, request a custom apparel quote. If your shop will apply the artwork with its own press, our wholesale DTF transfers are a separate ordering path. Keeping those two needs clear prevents a transfer-only order when you actually need completed garments.
Build a brief we can price
Send the total quantity, a size breakdown, garment preferences, each print location and your artwork. Include the date the shirts must be in hand and the delivery destination. If sizes are still being collected, say so; an estimated quantity is useful for planning, while the final production order needs an approved breakdown.
For reorders, identify the earlier garment and design instead of assuming a new blank will match exactly. Availability and production timing are confirmed for the specific job.
Good questions.
Can you print company and team shirts?
Yes. Tell us who will wear them, the quantity and the required date so we can recommend a suitable garment and decoration approach.
Do I need finished artwork?
Send what you have, including any brand color references. We will identify what needs preparing or approving before production.
Can this happen at an event?
Yes, through our live screen printing service. An on-site activation includes different planning for equipment, crew, guest flow and venue access.
