The service guide
Live embroidery.
A personal touch, stitched.
Let guests see thread become a detail that belongs to them. Build a premium personalization experience around an approved product and design menu.

Choose an experience that suits stitching
Live embroidery can bring a tactile, deliberate pace to a brand activation. Names, initials and a controlled selection of designs can give guests a personal connection to an item. The proposed artwork and product need to be evaluated together before the experience is promised.
Embroidery is not instant. Design complexity, stitch count, product handling and the number of machines all affect the workflow. Scope the station around the audience and event schedule rather than assuming an unlimited number of pieces can be completed in a short window.
Curate the personalization menu
Decide which products will be offered, what guests can choose and how much text is permitted. A limited font and placement menu makes approvals clearer. Names should be checked before production, including spelling, punctuation and the character limit that fits the selected area.
For a branded design, review the digitized artwork before the event. Very small type or fine detail may need adjustment for thread. A stitched sample or appropriate proof can help align expectations about the finish.
Use a pickup system that fits the event
Because a guest may not stand beside the machine for the entire production cycle, decide how orders and completed pieces will be identified. Keep guest-facing instructions simple: choose, approve and collect. The organizer should define how any personal information will be handled as part of its event process.
The working area needs suitable power, secure equipment placement, inventory storage and a collection point. Share the venue’s floor plan and operating restrictions so the embroidery station can be designed into the experience.
Bring a real example into the brief
Merch Troop’s published M&M x MOTU Hollywood recap documents a live embroidery activation. It is a useful reference for discussing the atmosphere and personalization concept, without treating that project’s scope as a standard package for every event.
Send the venue, date, live hours, estimated audience and the items you want to personalize. If you need embroidered apparel completed before an event, our custom embroidery service is the more direct route.
Good questions.
Can guests choose their names or initials?
That can be part of the approved menu. Text limits, fonts and placement are agreed around the selected product and production plan.
Can guests bring any item to stitch?
Do not assume outside items are suitable. The product needs review for access, material and consistency before the activation.
Is this the same as ordering embroidered uniforms?
No. Finished uniforms are a standard custom embroidery project; live embroidery includes an on-site guest experience and production setup.
