The event guide
Company event merch.
Make it personal.
Build useful gifts and live customization into employee celebrations, client hospitality and company gatherings.

Separate the gift from the experience
Some corporate events need merchandise ready on every seat. Others benefit from a station where guests choose a design or add a personal detail. Decide which moment matters for your event before choosing the production method. You can also combine a finished apparel order with a smaller live personalization experience.
Merch Troop brings custom apparel, embroidery, promotional products and staffed activations into that conversation. The right assortment begins with the audience and the intended use, rather than a logo placed on every available product.
Choose a product people can use afterward
For employees, consider how the item fits into the workday or a weekend. For client hospitality, think about packaging, travel and the level of personalization that feels appropriate. A coordinated selection can use the same brand artwork without requiring every product to use the same decoration process.
Names and initials require an approved spelling step. If a guest list is involved, keep it within the organizerβs agreed project process and define who can make corrections before production.
Match the station to the event schedule
A seated program can create a rush immediately before or after a presentation. A reception may spread demand across a longer period. Share the run of show so the selection and collection process can be planned around those moments.
Live embroidery can create a stitched detail, suitable laser engraving can personalize a hard good, and patch bars give guests a curated choice. Product compatibility and the agreed design menu determine what is feasible; the station should not promise unlimited custom requests.
Brief the venue and the approval team
Send the venue, date, expected attendance, operating hours and floor plan. Include access, electrical requirements and any restrictions on equipment. Identify the person who approves artwork, brand usage and the final assortment.
For finished products, supply quantities, sizes where relevant and the date everything must be delivered. For a live station, include setup and teardown windows so the event scope reflects the complete working schedule.
Good questions.
Can we order gifts without a live station?
Yes. Promotional products and custom apparel can be produced as finished orders for distribution at the event.
Can guests personalize their item?
Yes, through an approved product and design menu. The method and collection process depend on the item and event schedule.
