Start with the moment of use
A welcome gift for a new employee has a different job from a trade show giveaway. Think about where the item will go after it is handed over: a commute, a desk, a gym bag or a return flight. Bags, totes, drinkware and apparel can each play a role, but a smaller, useful assortment is often easier to organize than a large mix of unrelated items.

A logo is only part of the specification
Product color, decoration area, surface and packaging affect the final result. A wraparound design is different from a small front mark; a photograph is different from a one-color logo. Send the complete artwork and any mandatory brand references before choosing a product purely from its thumbnail.
If the item will contact food or drink, be washed frequently or spend time outdoors, identify those requirements during selection. Suitability and care depend on the product and decoration method, rather than a universal promise for every branded item.
Finished products or transfers?
Our promotional product service is for customers who need decorated items. UV DTF transfers are a separate option for shops applying graphics to compatible hard goods themselves. They do not replace every decoration process, and a surface test matters.
For an event where the guest chooses a name or design, a live laser engraving station or customization experience may be the better brief. That involves crew, equipment and a guest handoff process in addition to the products.
Make distribution part of the plan
Explain whether everything is going to one office, an event organizer or multiple destinations. Include any kit assembly or packaging needs in the initial request. Product dimensions and packing can matter as much as unit price when attendees must travel home with their gift.
