Our live event rate starts at $250/hour for a two-person, two-machine station, with additional operators at $125/hour for heavy convention traffic. Because Las Vegas is outside our local Southern California service area, activations include travel; most Vegas convention setups are quoted custom based on event length, booth volume, and method.
