On-Site Patch Customization at LA Convention Center
When 200 sling bags needed custom decoration inside the LA Convention Center, the production window was just two days. Three distinct patch designs were in play, with generic patches added as decorative accents on every piece — no shortcuts, no pre-staging elsewhere.
A two-person crew moved in with full heat press equipment for May 18–19. Monday ran 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesday extended to 6 p.m. to close out the run. Live decoration stayed active the entire time, and every element of setup and teardown was handled by the same team — no outside support pulled in.
By the end of day two, all 200 bags had been decorated and were ready for distribution. The compact crew format kept the footprint manageable inside an active convention center while hitting full volume on schedule.
